Joining HTES

There are 4 steps to the HTES admissions process:

  1. Initial Application

  2. Tour of the Campus

  3. Student Interview / Screening

  4. Tuition and Scholarships

This process allows everyone to be sure our school is the best fit for your student.

Initial Application:

This application is just a short form to gather essential information we need to begin evaluating the best fit for your student. This form should be filled out and returned to the school office by one of the following methods:

Fax:

352-805-4447

Mailing Address:

2201 Spring Lake Road

Fruitland Park, FL 34731

The Tour:

Once we have received your application, we will reach out to schedule a tour of the school.  Tours allow prospective families to view our school in action, observe the classes, and speak to our teachers and staff. A tour takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes and is followed by a brief meeting with the Head of School to review questions, observations, and any initial points of consideration.

The Screening:

After the tour is complete, you will have the option of scheduling a follow up screening appointment.  During the screening, we will meet with your student individually, get to know them, read through relevant paperwork, and determine if they are a good fit for our program.

Based on the outcome of the screening process, the admissions team will either extend and enrollment offer, or they may recommend another program better suited for your student's learning challenges. Please see Who We Serve for more details regarding what challenges may result in a referral to another program.

Please note: Holy Trinity Episcopal School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, genetic information, age, pregnancy, disability, or martial status in its educational programs, services or activities, or in its hiring or employment practices.

Tuition and Scholarships:

If your student is accepted into the school, your next step will be to meet with the finance manager. Together, you will review the tuition and registration costs, and discuss available scholarships and financial aid. The finance manager will be able to assist with an application for Florida's StepUp For Students Scholarship. Most of our students are eligible for the Unique Abilities Scholarship.

What's Next?

Once your student's enrollment packet is received, and tuition and scholarships are established, your student will receive an official start date and class schedule. Congratulations! We look forward to learning with your student!
